how do i get into my router settings if i have forgotten my password.?

you have to reset it ... theres usually a small hole u insert somthing and push a switch for a few seconds and it will return it to defaults ..

Press reset button. If the button is not for pressing and it's inside a hole, then get a pin and poke on it and try press for 5-10 seconds before releasing it.
