yeah i am using AVG, and seriously, this thing is so friggin annoying. my mums running around now having to change bank details, ebay details. EVERYTHING!!!

This sounds like some sort of spyware - try looking for spybot search and destroy or adaware and see if those help you (I'm assuming you already have antivirus software installed

well,since you can't kill him,and i can't help you to do it,why don't you use a soft like system mechanic or avg anti-spyware and get rid of it?
