Push fit plastic waste fittings aren't man enough for the job. You need a new waste system out to the soil pipe using the proper parts. Get a plumber.

Sounds like a torque problem.

If the drain pipe was made of PVC maybe that would have more flexibility than metal pipe.

Also, you could check to see if it's possible to install a rheostat kind of switch instead of an on/off switch on the wall. I have a wordworking router that ramps up the RPM slowly when turning it on. That way it doesn't suddenly twist out of your hands.

There must be some tech support available on your disposal.

If not, the guys at a plumbing supply store should have a knowledge of that.

Could be the sink. If you have a lightweight stainless steel sink (22 gauge), it could be flexing when you turn on the disposer. Also check the mounting on the bottom of the sink to make sure it isn't loose.
