Nope. But in my country, our chinese community sometimes will make some pork organ dishes which known as "Bak Kut Teh". It consists of varieties of pig organs such as intenstine,kidney, liver and many more added with a soup containing some white rice wine. Actually the taste was pretty good. I like the liver ones.

Sure, I have. In my family we use ham hocks, pig's feet, and sometimes hog jowls to season red beans. The flavor makes a big difference.

No but Ive eaten Hocks. My dad eats them pickled but I just dont know if I'd ever eat them in my mind they'd be kinda mushy and mushy meat isnt a preference

hell yes.
In my country we make a dish named souse with it .
the feet are cut up washed seasoned and boiled in more spices and is eaten and the liquid drinked.
does a lot of good when drinking alcohol ( sobers you to drink more ).
