With Griese the Bears are a different and much better team.....the end of the regular season will "bear" this out.

As a Bears fan, I think Griese did great this week. Griese will probably turn the Bears around and try to get them to the playoffs again, just like Grossman did last year.

Ah, "Son of Bob" is merely an upgrade from Grossman. He's never proven any sort of consistency over his career. Let's remember, last season Grossman had a few great games, and led the league in QB rating for the first part of the season. Chicago should be in a "wait and see" mode for quite a while with their QB carousel. I don't believe he is the long term solution, but he does give them the best chance to win of the qbs on their roster right now. If they enter the regular season in 2008 with Griese as starter, I will be very surprised.

I think that griese is better than grossman right now.
that does not mean the bears will do any better with griese at the helm. lol :) I would say the bears were lucky to get to the super-bowl last year, even though common sense would say that you need more than luck to get there.

grossman will be a great quarterback as soon as he realizes he does not have to be a hero to guide his team to victory.

He has to slow down and learn from his mistakes. His biggest mistake is not taking what the defense gives him. that probably means grossman cannot read the defense as well as great qb can. lol :)

Griese had a good week...but he's not a consistent player. I wouldn't depend on him to turn the Bears around...and I would never admit that he is a GREAT player.

The Bears are all about finger pointing. First it was the QB and now its the Defense. And had it not been for 1 player (Hester) the Bears would be in deep _____ right now. So its up to the T E A M if the want it bad enough.

I won't say he is great. He played very well the last three games, bring us from behind and all. But we all know it takes more than one player for this team to go any where

Great? Come on, he had one good game. If he was so great, then why is not playing in Denver or Tampa anymore? Let's see him win at least a couple more games before we label him great.

lets see if he can keep it up... every dog gets a bone every once in a while. What does it say about him when he was a backup to Rex Grossman.
