God i hate it, the fact is that i am so picky that i want my first to be my last

Hate is the wrong word, I find it annoying sometimes. I feel like people judge me on the fact that I don't have a boyfriend. Like there's something wrong with me. I'm perfectly happy with being single, it's just irritating when people make a big deal out of it

I'm not single but sometimes I hate being married

yes, a lot of the time. having time to think about it makes me feel inadequate, somehow..

but then i look at some of my friends and think about how sad it must be to be cheated on, dumped, neglected, or anything of the sort.

sometimes, going through all that is worth it--when the person you're with is worth it. but most of the time, that doesn't seem to be the case.

being single is not horrible. having no significant other is not tantamount to being alone. besides, independence can be very fulfilling and a lot of fun.

god bless :]

Yup. People say to make the most of being single and I have done, now can I please have a boyfriend? The worst thing though is when people say things like "don't worry, I promise you'll find someone when you least expect it". It's always people who are in a relationship and don't have to worry about it who say this and it makes me want to scream. Or perhaps ask for it in writing.

I was single for 4 years before I met my partner. I liked it. I also like being in a relationship. There are pros and cons to both.

Sometimes I do. First thing that comes to mind is 4th of July. I would love to have someone to watch the fireworks with but I ended up not watching them because I didn't want to go alone. So I guess for those types of things I don't like it.
