Have a friend who said she was pregnant then had a miscarriage and is now pregnant again .... so she had the miscarriage and ended up pregnant all in about a months worth time...maybe a month and a half. Can this really happen?

Yes. I had a miscarriage in mid April and conceived again 8 weeks later. You are actually more fertile after a miscarriage. It's completely possible. Congrats to your friend!

Yes. If she had a very early miscarriage, bled the week of or after her period, and then got pregnant again that cycle.

I would think so. I know someone who just had a miscarriage and they told her she could start trying once her period is back to normal. Do you know if your friend ever got her period after her miscarriage?? If yes,I would say it is possible.
