Only when I need to. I am a saver. I shop in bulk and I find that I save more that way. I fill up my gas tank once a month and I usually go to the store 2-3 times a month usually once for the main trip and then to get milk and bread. Our town is only two miles long and I can walk to the corner market so that is the extent of my shopping.

Ohhhh, tough..depends on type of shopping
Grocery : once every week
Clothing: 3times monthly give or take another 2 in case of
dates, special occasions etc
Window shopping: every other week or so..depending on
the country i may be in

About once or twice a week. Most of the time it is for groceries, other times it is shopping for my baby that is due in February.

As much as possible. Sadly I've been broke so only 3 times in the past couple months. However, my 2 sons have bdays coming up so I really gotta get out there.

About once a week at Meijers.My husband has a discount card for ten percent off general merchandise.Of course most of my loyalty is my store where I work.

Hey once a month... i get paid £20 for delivering newspapers to my road...for every end of the week so budget is tight...
