more than a million people have had to evacuate their homes because of an out of control fire. winds and weather conditions have kept fire fighters from being able to control it. its way out of hand and not nearly enough fire fighters. their unsure how it happened but its not likely that an arsonist had anything to do with it. i also heard their using prisoners to help put it out.
