Find the manual and see if they wrote the PIN number on the manual.
Be warned - the PIN feature was put in to prevent casual ordering of Pay-per-view shows. If you get around the PIN and order these, your parents will see the additional charges on their next bill.

unless you call comcast and convince them that you are the account holder and you need your password reset that is the only way to do it. Of course their customer service is pretty crappy so you might not have trouble with this
