Absolutely.

If you can't afford the basics for your child, you shouldn't afford drugs.

And I agree with Sway, in part. Not sure about mandatory birth control, but I oppose getting more benefits for giving birth when you are already on welfare.

Welfare is an excellent benefit if it is not abused, but recipients of these benefits should get their act together before increasing the size of their family.

I don't see why not, I just had a random drug test and I have no problem with it. It can be done as part of the free health care they are asking for.

Yes, why should we have to pay for these spineless people to remain idle at our expense and also waste the valuable resources of the N H S depriving genuine cases of treatment.
They must be fit enough to work as they steal cars, assault people and commit burglaries for money to feed their habit.

YES with a capitol "Y"!!! I have to submit to random drug tests in order to earn the tax dollars the government then hands to the non-productive members of our society. it's only fair!!!

Absolutely-
In order to receive food stamps, aid for dependent children and public housing assistance there should be random drug testing.
If you can afford to party you can afford to feed yourself.

yes... if they can afford drugs then they dont need to be mooching off of us.

thats the way i look at it.

and drugs are illegal for everyone anyway so there is nothing hypocritical either.
