from what i heard they are all started by man made arson! stupid people i tell ya! read this towards the bottom..

the 1st hearth started around 11am on Sunday October twenty first, then the others merely looked as though it would follow in the process the day and on in to that night. 3 extra broke out the former day at Camp Pendelton. (We had 14 fires burning at one factor the former day morning) Evacuations have been assorted via city and via hearth. some are nevertheless evacuated, some are being allowed back to their homes.

Its a natural phenomenon. There are historical records showing that it has happened before. If I were a Califonian I would be more worried about the big-*** earthquake that is well overdue for a visit!!
