Water is the best! it works the same way as a decongestant by breaking up the mucus. Vitamin c is a good choice to boost the immune system. Meds for babies dont work well.

If there are, they don't do any good anyway. The medical profession as a whole had come to the conclusion that decongestants do not have any affect on children under the age of two.
