They will not win the BCS because of who they lost to. They still got a shot at the Big Ten and a BCS bowl but losing to App State and Oregon at home will cost them dearly with the way BCS is calculated. If they had a Big Ten Championship I would say maybe, but I think they are done.

If Michigan wins out against Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan State, then upsets Ohio State, they should be in the BCS. The fact that their first loss was real close, and so long ago, and Oregon is a good team, then to win all their games, how could you deny them? They could even play in the national championship game.

Of course you never know with the BCS. They totally robbed Boise State last year, so I suppose Ohio State could play in the so-called national championship game even if Michigan does beat them.

Michigan could still win the Big 10 and go to a BCS bowl (Rose Bowl). To do this, they need to win out, which includes beating Ohio State, which isn't an easy thing to do.

Assuming Florida wins out, if Michigan jumps Florida, who lost to a decent Auburn team and LSU by less than 4 points each, then the BCS is so messed up it isn't even funny. I think this is the year a 2 loss team could potentially make the BCS Championship Game. I just don't see michigan being that team.

No.

Everyone else would have to lose at least twice, and the pollsters won't forgive them easily for losing to Appalachian State and getting smacked around by Oregon at home.

They can still win the Big 10, but the National Title is out of reach....for now.

They will need to win out, but if they do they'll be the Big 10 champs and playing in the Rose Bowl. If they lose to Wisconsin, but beat OSU I'll give them a 10% chance of a BCS game.

Are you serious No they wouldnt deserve it if they could, getting beat by App. State that is pitiful.

They cant win the 1AA championship how you expect them to get into the BCS when there are so many other teams worthty.

Michagan should be glad they aren't Notre Dame right now and shut up.

Don't worry about it. They'll lose to Ohio State end up in some scrub bowl. Try to enjoy the season until then though.
