There is no difference.
LCD - Liquid Crystal Display. Uses the polarization properties of the liquid crystal material to control the light passing though the panel.
TFT - Thin Film Transistor. This is a technology used to put transparent circuits onto the glass of the panel. these circuits then control the liquid crystal material.
All monitors and laptop panels use TFT technology LCD panels.

What is TFT Monitor?
TFT stands for Thin Film Transistor, and represents a new technology for manufacturing and improving LCD monitors. TFT specifically has allows LCD monitors to improve display of small fonts without appearing jagged or fuzzy.
TFT monitor is LCD monitor.TFT monitors will emitt less Radiations as compared to a Standard LCD.. and MUCH less than a CRT monitor!
