1) Calculate the frequency associated with light of wavelength 740 nm.

2) Microwaves have frequencies in the range 109 to 1012 /s (cycles per second), equivalent to between 1 gigahertz and 1 terahertz. What is the wavelength (in meters) of microwave radiation whose frequency is 2.157 x 1010 /s ?

Frequency and wavelength are related through speed:
ν = s/λ, and λ = s/ν
where ν is frequency, s the speed and λ the wavelength. For all the electromagnetic waves including light and microwaves, s is the speed of light c = 2.998x10^8 m/s. Now the rest of the problem is easy math.
You will do the math.
