I think He planned it out, but I'm out of His Will.

Tough question. I think if there is a God, God knows each and every decision you are going to make or will make. So, in that sense, you can say he has planned everything. So, any decision you make, he already knew you would make it. Also, sometimes, you make decisions based on some events of things that happen or appear to you right before that time, so, I would say those things appeared to you to influence your decision.

Or another view is, there is a God, but God is imperfect, and does not know all the things that are going to happen. He has created a process, and set it in motion, And he knows the eventual outcome, that each person is born and will die, and that they will go thru many trials and tribulations in life. But, he does not control any other aspect of your life. You are in control of your decisions, but they may be influenced by the things you see and do.

To the people that say, "I make all the decisions in my life." I ask, so you make every decision in ur life. But, what about things that happen to you that you did not plan for. Who made that decision. For instance, you breaking a leg or getting sick. Did you plan to do that? Or was someone else making things happen in your life.

YES in the past year I have been looking deeply into my life and why certain things have happened for me and other things have not and why I might be in a rut with certain things etc...I was in a very dark point last summer I went to this group with my University and they started a prayer at the beginning of the group and I sat in my chair wih tears in my eyes and I knew that night an overwhelming peace came over me and I knew I had to put my trust in GOD there was nothing else I could do..............

So far it has been slow but I am learning and only keeping people around that foster positive and negative vibes...

I just cut off a negative person that I could see was sinster in their friendship and their not really a friend but a jealous insecure person and now I am finally finished with them they are done for all eternity hehehehe

Absolutely. And as f*cked up as my life has been, Ive learned sooooooo much and wouldnt be who I am today if I didnt go through the things I did. EVERYTHING happens for a reason, it just takes awhile to understand the reasoning, but in the long run, it all makes sense. Maybe He didnt "plan" every detail but more or less "knew" or guided us in that direction, so the overall outcome was predestined, you know?

There is nothing here that appears planned or destined in any way. Events happen and we assign a value to them based on our belief system (If we have one). We are bathing in stimulation constantly and our organic computer works to interpret and respond to any demands or needs. The stimulation and events are random and don't require any specific meaning for me to live. It is the introduction of the idea of God that creates problems as now I must attempt to conform the world around me into a model that justifies it's existence. Without it, the idea of God, I can live in harmony with world around me as events require no justification, definition or conformity to a belief system.

I believe that in life, God gives us many choices and many different paths. I believe that it is left up to us to choose which path that we take. I believe that we all have an inner voice to tell us what is the right way and the wrong way. We all know that in order to get into the kingdom of heaven we have to be saved. God lets you know that he is available, but forces himself on no man. I feel that it is left up to us to seek God, and when we do this that inner voice becomes more clear.

I believe that God plans the situations that we will all be in - but what we do in those situations is still entirely up to us. Let's face it, if we all had perfect lives, it would be irritatingly boring, and we all need a few trials here and there to make us stronger

No I do not...I believe a persons life is what they make it. The everyday choices that we make determines the kind of life that we are gonna have. People can achieve whatever they want out of life, it's up to them to go for what they want.

i think God designed our life as a learning and loving journey for me but i am just too hard headed to see where i should be going and i am just too negative to not see that i must find opportunity and learning in even the most difficult times of my life.
