This should do it:
Eat lots of prepared proteinous food (cooked- / baked- / fried- / steamed- / canned-, or heated in any other way- -fish, -meat, -beans, -grains and soy-products)
Eat lots of dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, quark etc. from whatever animal)
Eat lots of wheat products (bread, pasta, cookies, pastries etc.) - somehow, supplementary iron can also cause constipation.
Doing this should cause you to CONSTIPATE.
Um, wait. I think I misread your question...

Break up the time you are studying and the way you are studying. Reading a textbook for an hour can be incredibly tedious.
Try studying for 15 minutes at a time with a 5 minute rest break.
Use notecards, answer review questions at the end of the chapter (do them in blocks of 5 or 10), read out loud, get a friend to study with.
I had a friend who would study for an hour then sleep for 1/2 an hour to an hour then study some more. Amazingly, she passed her classes and graduated with a 3.5.
Are these classes required for your degree plan? It seems so but it also appears that you have little interest in them. If that's the case, maybe you could consider another major. Just a thought.
Best of luck with your exams!

Everyone has a different way of learning. I used to get together with friends who actually wanted to learn as well. We would be tempted to fool around and watch movies, but we all agreed to study first. We would read out loud and then whoever didn't understand something, would stop us. Then someone else would have to expain it to him / her.
This worked for us because reading out loud is better than just reading, and if it's your turn to listen you take more in. Also, when someone doesn't understand, you have another friend to teach you. You will remember more of a "conversation" you had with a friend than of a text book. And when it's your turn to explain to someone else, you'll remember even more. Teaching is the best way of learning.

Set a timer and reward system for yourself. FOr every hour of serious studying you do, give yourself 30 minutes on the net. EIther take the 30 minute net breaks between the hour-long study breaks... or, if you get on a studying roll, save up your 30 minute net breaks into a couple of hours.
Use a timer for when you are studying. AND use the timer for when you are taking a break.

You're just like me. Worse still, my exams are next Tuesday!!!
And here I am at Yahoo Answers.
Maybe we need a bit of guilt - you know, slacking off completely, and when you feel really guilty about it, you'll work at your subjects. At least that's what works for me..

ha, close your freaking computer.
put yourself in a situation with limited distractions, try reading outside instead of indoors with all sorts of potential technology and things to get you to lose your focus.
mostly, you just have to concentrate and dedicate yourself.
Good Luck and I Hope This Helps!!
