It's pretty unlikely. There should have been enough residual hormone left in your bloodstream to prevent pregnancy, but it's possible, and will become more and more likely the longer continue you have unprotected sex.

If you're concerned, take a pregnancy test. They are cheap, and as long as you have a functioning uterus and ovaries, pregnancy is theoretically possible, even when you take birth control correctly.

I was on Depo for 2 1/2 years. I don't think you're pregnant. Go get your other shot and you should be fine. There will be spotting and possibly full on periods for a few months. Then you may stop completely. I stopped completely after 10 weeks. But, don't be afraid of a little spotting, it will happen.

My Doctor has told me that there is 5 days grace from the date your shot is due where your still protected. Get a test anyway, but i'd bet my house that your not pregnant x

They say after your 90 days is up, you should be concerned. If you tell them that you had sex between shots, they will give you a birth control test before they give you your next shot.

Of course you can be pregnant. Nothing, not even depo, is 100% effective (except for abstinence). I know several who got pregnant while on depo.
