How to cover an organiser/filofax?

I have just bought a real leather filofax from a charity shop but I want to cover it - any tips? :0) (Perhaps with fabric etc)

Do you mean cover as in snood or tea cozy or cover as in upholster? If real leather, then presumably the former. You could use a cloth pattern for a tea kettle cozy or make a paper pattern to fit and use that for stiff cloth sewn or glued or leatherette.
