Every woman has a moment of trepidation, just relax.
Pregnancy is amazing, your body is a freaking holy temple of awesomeness. What can a man do? Jab and thrust and lift heavy things. Thats it. Your body takes one stupid sperm cell and grows it into a fully functional human being, and then sustains it with all it needs after birth. Its pretty empowering.
Go about life as normal, rest when youre tired, take a prenatal and eat right so you dont feel shitty, drink water like a fish (you're regulating the temperature of more blood, so you need more water than usual) and make an appointment with and OB.
This is so much fun. Honestly. Its amazing to see what your body can do for this little person. Just relax and let it do what its made to.

You feel scared because you are in shock sweetie. I assume it was an unplanned pregnancy? I just found out the same thing about one week ago and it was totally unplanned too! I am 23, the dad is my boyfriend of 4 months and we both don't know what to do. But I can tell you that the decision is getting easier with time, even after only one week! So don't worry too much, even after just a weeks time I feel A LOT better and a lot less scared. I'm not even sure if the dad is going to support me if I decide to keep and raise the baby but my family and friends (the ones I've told) are SOOO supportive. Try and tell some people you really trust who will not judge you. Email me anytime if you need to. I know exactly how you feel right now.

How old are you first of all? Have you told your boyfriend the news yet? And you need to be honest with your parents no matter how difficult it may be! You are going to be bringing in another life into this world, and that is an awesome responsibility! I have a 13 year old daughter and I would hope she would make a better decision regarding having a realationship at such a tender age. But hopefully, if I and her mother have raised her correctly, I would hope she could come to us and discuss it and not feel like we would not still lover her. I hope you find the right way to handle this, and good luck on your future :)

Nothing to be scared about. Women have been having babies for ever! What you need to do is call your ob-gyn or family doc to get a blood test to confirm your pregnancy and to get the prenatal vitamins. I suggest asking if they can prescribe Natafort, they are smaller so it is easier to swallow.
Also, buy What to Expect When Expecting that book goes through every thing about pregnancy.
Well good luck!

Relax...If you are keeping your baby (which I hope you do) go to a baby store and buy a couple inexpensive things (bibs, bottles, outfit, etc.) That's what I had to do to get rid of the scared feeling and get excited about having my first baby. I was 21. It will all work out and be ok. If you need finacial help contact your local health department, they can help you get insurance, WIC, medical care, etc.. Congrats on your baby! Start thinking of baby names.

Hello :) I just found out I'm pregnant, too! I'm 4 weeks today :) How cool is that!!! Congratulations to you! Next you get yourself a fabulous OB/GYN ( I chose a woman because I think they are more understanding) and you take prenatal vitamins (My OB recommends 800 mcg ( think that's the unit) of Folic Acid :) and you get excited!!!!!

It's natural to feel a little overwhelmed when you first find out your expecting. Your life is about to change completely forever so, of course your a little scared. Don't worry, soon your fear will turn into excitement. I felt the same way when I found out about this pregnancy. Congratulations.
