I never tested positive on any at home test during any of my three pregnancies until I was more than 6 weeks. They used blood test to determine I was pregnant. I am just one of those women that produce lower hcg levels, they are still normal, but I am on the lower side, the minimum side. Most at home test you need to have an hcg level of 25...that is one of the most sensitive. While you could be barely pregnant and your level would only be 5-10 so even the lowest web bought at home test and the Dr's are 15 and 25 respectively. So I would just wait until you miss your period and go and get a blood test if the at home test is still negative. The blood test is the only test with a level sensitive enough to pick up a very very early pregnancy if you are a low hcg level person, tthe blood test picks up the lowest hcg level which is of course 5mIU

Your body won't start to produce the pregnancy hormone until about 6-8 days after implantation, so it would be too early to test during implantation bleeding. You can find more info on when to test at www.peeonastick.com. Look under Pregnancy Test FAQ. This site provides a lot of info on testing. Good luck!

Probably not - the hormone that your body produces that makes the test + only starts after implantation so there wouldnt be enough in your body during implantion.
Wait another couple days and test again. At that point you should be able to get an accurate result.
Good luck!!
The woman who says you cant test early - im sorry but she wrong. I have been pregnant 3 times and each time I tested positive 5 days before my period was due. There are more sensitive tests out there, you just have to get those

Well everyones different as far as testing 5 days before your period is due. Women vary on the levels of their hcg and some will show up early w the sensitive tests and some wont. Like me, I used a "5 days earlier" one and I didnt get a pos until 2 weeks after my period was due. Ive heard it to be longer for some women.
As far as taking a test now you have to wait. It is too early at this point. I recommend waiting until your period is due. To save money and your sanity

That would be too soon. Wait a day or two after you miss your period.
