Is it possible to miss your period if you are having irriable bowel symptoms?

I have taken a few pregnancies test to see if I was pregnancy and they have come up negative....my symptoms are stomach pains, diarrhea, very bad back pain.

I also had a baby 3 1/2 months ago - so I'm thinking my baby is trying to get back to normal

IBS can cause your pain and diarrhea, but I've had IBS since childhood, it never slowed or prevented my period. But each of us is unique and this could be the case for you. To test accurately for pregnancy, you must wait at least six weeks from the first day of your last period.
