It is never OK to pay for sex and if anyone says it is they are wrong. people in society today have twisted and turned sex into something that God never intended for it to be. Sex is something that can be enjoyable and never wrong if you are married and living a Godly life.

Alot of girls who did not grow up having a father figure in her life may be out looking for a man that can provide that for her. Many women want to make sure that a man can really provide and support her also. I think it could also be due to the fact that older men have more maturity, are wiser in their years. Alot of it could be for money as well. Look at holly wood actors, a lot of them are so old and even ugly but look at how the women they marry that are probably no older then then there daughters but these women marry them anyway. That could be due to the fact that this man with so much money can provide so much entertainment for her in life. There are so many reasons and not just one. The thing is we do not know all the females in the world or are we in her shoes so we do not know what she is thinking when she marries an older male. Good question by the way.

Because people assume that older guys can't meet women so they think its ok to pay for it but a younger guy should be able to find a girlfriend. In reality only ugly guys pay for sex the rest of us just go out and meet girls and women that will have sex with us.

It may not be as acceptable as you think, it's just that the older guys always seem to be looking for younger women and I guess people usually think the older guy has to pay for it since he can't get it any other way. It is assumed that the younger fellows can find a girl the usual way. Personally, I don't see way anybody has to pay for it in today's promiscuious society.

ok i thinks it's wrong any which way you slice it. however, young guys can more easily go out to a bar/ party and find a drunk girl to sleep with. older guys tend to be looked down a bit when going after younger women and they also have their reputation to think about so they figure that if they just make a quick discreet call then nobody will be the wiser.

I don't know about most ladies, but it's NOT more or less acceptable to me, depending age. Age has nothing to do with how I look upon it. It has to do with how I was raised, my moral beliefs, etc. But think about this for a minute. How many YOUNGER guys do you know that do this? How many younger guys vs older guys do you know that have trouble finding women that will sleep with them?

My guess is that there's a huge dating scene for 20-somethings, but people tend to pair off and get married as they hit 30, and the chance for 30-something men to go out and get lucky goes down. The 20-something, on the other hand, is living the life - he shouldn't need to pay for it.
...Or something. I'm totally guessing here.
