Go out to dinner at your favorite place. If you have a significant other, go out and celebrate with them!
My birthday was on a sunday this year, I went to my fiance's house and talked about finances...talk about fun :P

Spend the day doing something you really enjoy. If you can't think of anything in particular, take yourself out somewhere you have never been, like a professional sporting event, a play, or if you like more exciting stuff, go on a balloon ride, or perhaps to a high performance driving school. Or maybe go to a comedy club. You don't need drugs and/or alcohol to have fun. I should know - been clean and sober for over 4 years.

My birthday is on Tuesday and I'm right there with ya! I have nothing planned other than to sleep in (I'm on vacation next week but not going anywhere).
The weather here has been kind of dreary so I'm just not looking forward to it.
Like you said, another year in the books.
