Just go to another bank and open it. She does not have to be listed on the account. You can even open it at the same bank, but there is always a chance she will somehow find out about that one.

This is going to lead to a Divorce or separation.
This is a lie and you will eventually be discovered.
Then a War will start.
Make sure this is a can of worms you want to open before doing this.
I would discuss it with her and encourage her to open her own as well , have yours mine and ours accounts or separage savings accounts with a joint checking account for bill paying.
Many married couples resist money fights by having separate accounts, then each contributes to a joint account to pay bills. This can solve many money woes.
Also invest in a computer program like MS MONEY or Quicken in order to see where you money is going and get a budget going.

All good answers about how to open and what to do about the statements and bank communications. Just remember to report the interest income on your tax returns (if the account pays interest). If you file jointly, she may notice the accounts when she signs the tax return.

Well go down to the bank and open one up like normal. Then sign up to view your statments online so you do not receive a paper statement. Or use a different address.

Head to the bank, open the account in your name only, apply with the settings of online statements only!

Just go to a bank and open a savings. It would be great if you had a POBox so that the statements don't come to the house. Or just do online banking and have them email your statements to you. good luck with that

You go to another bank, open an account, sign up for their online banking, and tell them not to send hardcopy statements and/or notices.

Well I would get a PO box addy first.. that way nothing is mailed to your house about it. Or use your work addy.. Banks are bound to send you something like statements and so on. That is about the only way to do it. By not using your home addy. GL lmao
