Because Carter didn't give away American Cheese, Reagan did, as a price support to the dairy industry. In other words, you should care that Republicans are warping our democratic process with their lies.

Volunteering for Habitat for Humanity is a good thing to do. You're young, healthy, and able...give back to your fellow human.
Government Cheese is an acquired taste.

Because someday you may end up homeless and need a place to live and something to eat.
Not one of us is "immune" from loosing it all. In fact, the more you have the more you have to loose.
It could be you someday, don't rule this out.
