You may have a sleeping disorder (Sleep Apnea) and aren't really resting while you are sleeping. Has anyone every told you that you snore? What is your fatigue level during the day?

I have the same problem but when i fall back to sleep its at least for another hour and then i am really in trouble....just lately i have been setting an alarm for 6 o'clock and then another one at 6.15 and then a third one at 6.30....it honestly helps as when u wake up to hear the 6am one it prepares you that you have to get up soon and also is nice to know you have an extra half hour left to sleep!!

It has helped me no-end!!

When your alarm goes off in the morning...

Try sliding your feet and legs over the side of the bed.... you can continue laying down (sort of)
but if you get your feet on the floor, I think mentally it prepares your body for getting up...

can't hurt to try... also, my husband doesnt' like getting up, but if I (it sounds dorky) pump his legs like someone does in physical therapy, it gets his blood moving through his body and I think it makes him more alert (against his will of course, he'd rather continue sleeping)

it can't hurt to try it!
Good luck.

Get up and do not lie on bed again. Switch on all lights to prevent yourself from falling back to sleep.

Try going to bed earlier, say about 45 minutes earlier at least, then you will find that you get up on time.
(I'm always doing this)

put the alarm clock away from your bed so you have to get up, then take off all your clothes, then you will have to get dressed for school or work.

place your alarm clock on the other side of your bedroom. this way, you'll have to get out of bed to turn it off.
