Gouda (love it) Brick, Gruyere, Swiss, Brie, Camembert, Port Wine, Cheddar, Monteray Jack, Colby, Colby Jack, Provolone, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, Feta, Blue Cheese, Stilton (an excellent blue), Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese,Ricotta, Muenster, Roquefort, (another blue), Fontina, Romano, Parmesan, Sap Sago, Gorgonzola, Edam...I love cheese! German cheese bread, Nachos, Burgers, Crackers, Chicken with cheese stuffed in it, Cheesy French frys, Fried Cheese sticks, Fried cheese pickles, Baked potato's, Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Broccoli Cheese rice casserole, Cheese Enchiladas, Burritos, Queso dip, Salads, Maccoroni and cheese, Taco's, Quesadilla's....im sure theres more but I cant really think of anything right now
