I used to a lot when I was younger... I still do name all my cars though, my current one is called Stew.

Not really..except for my car. Naming inanimate objects make it a little..intimate...I was watching a season of Friend's DVD and Joey and Chandler have a name for their TV = stevie and Rosita for their la-z-boys....it made it intimate as if referring to an object as some sort of person. funny and weird.. I have never named any other inanimate objects i have. I might consider it now hehe..

My son has a blanket named Doot Doot! He has had it since the day he was born. He is 6 now and still loves it. And my car is Flash Gordon.
