Not under the rain..... I hate it. Snow.... it only happened to me a couple of times in USA & Canada and I did like it, but because it wasn't a big storm, just a few flakes falling all over and making that funny sound/rumor that I loved!!!

Yes I like walking in the rain.
But sadly in Panama never snows so I don't know what does it feel to walk in the snow.

I was in Lake Placid, NY a few weekends ago and we just got off a hiking trail and had to walk about a mile back to where the car was parked when the sky completely opened up. It was one of those rains where you have your wipers on high and STILL can't see anything. I was completely drenched, but I think it was my favorite memory of the trip.

I absolutely love it!
Especially if the rain is warm...which doesn't happen too often.
And especially when the snow is coming down in huge flakes and covering all the trees so beautifully!

here,the snow is something of a novelty,fun to walk and play in until it gets wet : )
the southeast storms can be just brutal,so that's just no fun
it rains just for something to do,very ordinary here
