I have been known for sleep waking, but it happens when I am trying to diet, or am under a lot of stress. And I seem to sleepwalk to the kitchen, and eat. Or one time I was told that I was cooking, but not very well.

Another thing is if you are a sleep walker, you can't bee in the US military. So kids after they get to boot camp realize they really don't want to be there and try to fake sleep walking to get out. It is a really funny site to see.

So embarrassing but i might as well ditch the dirt!

My step dad did this once in a Blackpool hotel many years ago!

He woke up to embarrassed laughs at breakfasts when the other guests told him that he's knocked on every door on that floor and asked for their duvets!

He checked out of the hotel later that day because he was so embarrased!
