There is not enough info to answer the question. What is the diameter or radius of the circle or any information on the shape? If you are in higher education you should be embarrassed for asking such a poor question.

Where are you measuring? Do you want the perimeter of an arc of a circle? If so, then we need the radius.
If that is it -- then the distance = radius*2(Pi)*55/360

If that is truly a question, there should be more information with it.
