scare you into behaving? Whenever i was naughty my dad used to sing The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot, it always made me cry (evil dad) but it worked!

my mom made me and my brothers sing the barny song if we fought.................very scary

i used to get told that Santa had some birds and they came and watched all the kids
and then told Santa how good or bad they have been
so i was always good because i thought the birds mught be watching

I used to get told wait til your dad gets home, but even to this day I can still wrap my dad around my little finger

Yeah. They told me Michael Jackson will come and get me if I don't go to sleep right away (God, I was scared of Michael Jackson even when I was a child!)

Oh yes, i was crying just the sake of it to get attention...my dad used to say ' if you don't stop crying...i'll give you something to cry about'! Shocking! it worked though!

I'm still a child, but my parents have never scared me into behaving. (so far)
I just can't bear feeling guilty about my misbehaviour, so I don't misbehave!
