no. Last minute is when they actually cancel a few minutes before.

I think it would kind of depend on what the plans were. Say, if you & I were going to a concert @ 7pm on a Friday we've already got our tix & you cancel @ 2:30 ...On a Friday it could be really hard for me to find someone who was available to take your place & I'd either have to skip it or go alone... that's last minute & uncool. If you're talking about something that didn't really require plans, like getting together for lunch or something...no biggie I wouldn't think of that as last minute

no i consider last minute when they are already late or when they should already be on their way
