I have very unpredictable periods since I stopped my pills back in May. In June it was 30 days, July/August 60 days, September and so far this month I'm on day 44. Yesterday, I had a little bleeding (very little, not even enough for a pad or tampon, just there when I wiped) and I saw a clot in the stool which looked like a piece of flesh, about the size of a dime. What do you think this was? Implantation bleeding (I didn't have that with my first), a miscarriage, or something else?? I've been trying to track my cycles, but they have been so sporadic, it's hard.

The blood was in THE stool, not MY stool. It was in the toilet after I peed.

Clots are just clots. You pass them, even if you're just spotting. If you miscarried you'd be bleeding like a slaughtered pig. Your uterus lining gets soooo thick, even in the early stages of pregnancy, its a lot of blood.

Most women dont experience implantation bleeding, but if you do its just some light spotting, like you described. The fleshy clot is of no consequence.

You should not try and guess at what it was.
Such things are best discussed with a medical doctor - if you can not afford it - you can seek "free" counseling at the local health department. good luck
