Many listen whom we don't realize are listening. Sigh... sometimes we should be more careful what we say.

My best friend. Not only does he listen, he doesn't talk back. Now why can't a woman do that? That's him on the left.

My friends listen to me, that's why I picked them as friends. My family don't listen to me.
My husband talks to himself when he is in the bathroom doing his business. I try to listen through the door but can't figure out what he is talking about. I think he is crazy.
I only talk to myself in my head, not outloud.

Hi,
I've got someone who listens attentively, snuggles up to me when she senses I'm down, wags her tail when I'm excited and she NEVER argues with me or disagrees. She's called Lola and it's great that I can talk to myself and there's still someone in the room who's listening!!!!

Whoever truly loves or feels for me...No words are required sometimes to communicate and silence makes the loudest noise at other times. Whoever is truly attuned will comprehend. These are not mere words, if you are lucky you will experience it too...

I like talking to myself as I like a sensible conversation. Is answering myself a sign of madness?

I always talk to my Animals, Dogs, or cats, I even scold them when they break one of my plants, they do not fight back when they are confronted with the evidence, like my Grandchildren do.

I'm not sure I can answer your Q. about who else, but if I talk to myself at least I can be sure I will have a interesting conversation, I'm not boring.
