I just wrote you regarding Genevieve Amelia. Gorgeous combo. :)
And since I know you don't want anything too popular, I'd be wary about Kingston. It's true that it's not an overly common choice on paper, but keep in mind that an otherwise unusual name -- especially one that fits in with current trends (random place names AND K names, in this case) -- that suddenly becomes very well-known and rises in popularity due to celebrity usage will always come across as far more popular and trendy that it might otherwise seem. So while many might not personally know a little Kingston, they will have heard of the Hollywood name choice and likely have seen it in a few announcements and numerous name lists, so it won't seem uncommon in the least. More celeb copy-cat than unique personal choice, if you know what I mean ... though I realize that's not why you personally like the name. But it is how it will come across to those simply hearing the name.
Although some of the others mentioned are more common, many still manage to seem like fresher, lesser-used classics, rather than newly-trendy choices you tend to see everywhere, if you catch my meaning. And Casper (you know I prefer the C spelling LOL) is actually LESS popular than Kingston. Still the K sound, but not one that's become trendy or seems overused in the least. :)
Others that might also appeal:
Jasper - I think I suggested this before, given both Julian and Casper on the lists, but here you go again. ;)

Leo - Leopold is my favorite formal version ;)

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Name Genevieve Amelia (My friend pronounced her middle name "ah meh Leah" and I thought that was really soft and pretty too) - however you pronounce Amelia. Awesome Girls name!!! You DID GOOD!
Boys names - I don't know your surname, so that would help, but I'll list some of my favorites. My favorite boy in the whole world is my son, Joel Zachary (means "Jehovah is the Lord who remembered us") - we had him after first having 3 daughters. So, I'm partial to his name, but that's me...
The List (I'm just throwing names out there - choose your own middle names)
Elijah Nathaniel
Harrison Micheal
Jonathan Andrew
Joshua Daniel
Jared Spencer
Luke Wyatt
Zachary James
Aidan Christian
Hope I could give you some ideas - I Wish you all the best - You have great taste!!!

I like the name Amelia, but Genevieve sounds old, but hey if you like it, then thats all that matters. The name Camden sounds like a good first name. For first names, how about:
Justin, Ryan, Nathan, Brian or Bryan
For whole names:
Camden Adam
Justin Allen
Nathan Camden
Whatever you like, is what's best! Good Luck, and Congrats!
I wanna be a mommy!!

Genevieve Amelia is ok. I would pair it will a different middle name if it was me. Our favorite girls name is Addison Noelle. We like Carter Lane and Hayden Cole for boys names. You are right you have quite a while to decide so think over your options. Best wishes and congrats
