my friends are the very best. They've stayed with me thru thick and thin and are always there for me. I'm picky about my friends and it sure shows!

Well lets see;
Brian and Nancy are my newest friends, he is 53 she is 44 I met them buying lottery tickets, they are young and very smart, already retired and doing VERY well for themselves. They are very kind people and alot of fun to be around. They surround themselves with the finer things in life. Fine friends fine home, fine cars, gym memberships, fine motorhome so they can travel. Wonderful neighborhood, fantastic neighbors and a wonderful smart daughter. I have known them about 2 months. I see them weekly or more.
My next oldest friend has been my friend has been my friend about 8 years. She is an engineer. She is what a lot of people call a tree hugger, or an earth muffin, or a granola girl, she is in to healty foods and organic this and that, she is very spiritual and does the whole holistic medicine thing. I have a lot in common with her because of my belief in Native American Medicine and way of life. She is a dear friend we do not talk often but she is always there if I need her.
My next oldest friend was in the military when we met she has two children and now she sells Mary Kay. She is also an ASQC Certified Quality Auditor as was I when I was working, we worked at the same place she is blonde . She was very close to her father and her husband and her two chhildren. Her father has passed on now and she misses him dearly. She is another one that I do not speak to very much but still count as a dear friend.
My other friends Scott and Carla she is also an ASCQ Certified Quality Auditor she has been my friend for 12 or 13 years she is 44 she is one of my best friends. She lives in a very nice house she has 5 beautiful daughters and she is now retired. She is a grandmother of a beautiful little girl and her husband is funny and so is Carla, they make a perfect couple. I wish I could see more of them but I have moved and we live in different states but we still see each other 7 or 8 times a year.
My next friend has been my friend for 24 years her name is Kim. Her husband was sooo funny he could make a rock laugh but he got cancer and we lost him much too soon. Taking care of him was very hard, but I learned many things. She is a good friend and we will be friends forever I am sure I think all of the above people will forever be in my life I feel so blessed to have them. Kimi's retired too. She will be 46 this year on her birthday. She has a lovely home and a wonderful son who is now 13, they grow so quickly! We talk almost daily.
My next friend is Vicki, her and I met before I divorced my first husband that was 28 years ago. We talk monthly. We raised our children like they were brothers and sisters. She was with me when I gave birth to my last child and I was with her when she gave birth to her last. Time flies and writing about my lasting friendships really lets me know this.
My forever friend I have known since I was 17, that would mean she has been my friend for 37 years. Her name is Lynda. She lives in Californa. I have only seen her 3 times in the past 19 years, but our friendship is strong and steadfast. There is not a thing in this world I would not do for her or her for me. I am so lucky to have so many friends. I wonder how many people can say that they are as blessed by as many long lasting and wonderful friendships as I am. I am old and I am set in my ways but count friends and I can count my blessings!

well, i have nice ones at the moment although i have not long fell out with my best friend :( although she just acts like a right ***** she ditched me really for some little div that just uses her for money! we were friends since we were 13 i am 18 now we were really close and she just ditched me but oh well i dont really care that much but i do miss speaking to her sometimes because we got on really well, but my other friends are cool aswell, i dont really go out much now cuz the winter cumin and im my mums carer so not much time but when we do see eachother we have a laugh! good question dont you just love friends! lol

I have a few different groups. Some are wild and crazy drug addicted party animals. Some are laid back hippies, and some have nothing in common with me, for some reason we all just enjoy each others company.

I lost my best friend 18 years ago...death... I have not found another one since...the ones I do have I keep at a distance!!!
