The hotel and tower together cost 71 million dollars when it was completed in 1978. They were built as one prject, so its hard to tease out the price of the tower alone.

They are about to close the tower for remodeling. It will be shut down for 1 year and the price of the new project is at least 50 million dollars.

Here's a link to a file that gave me the original price numbers. The price of the new renovation is in any number of more recent releases.
