What foods are good for you?

Fruits and veggies (particularly the leafy, green kind). Other than that, avoid coffee as mentioned before, and start taking prenatals if you're not already. Drink alot of fluid. It doesn't all have to be water, but again, don't reach for the soda to often either. Try juices or those flavored ice "freezy pop" type things. Any meat you eat must be cooked all the way through (no pink centers) and stay away from hotdogs and deli meats unless you reheat them to HOT HOT HOT (about 165 F.)

Try to eat as many fruits and veggies as you can because you may experience food aversions sometime in your pregnancy like I am. There are not very many foods I can eat without feeling nauseated at the thought.

keep takin ur pregnancy vitamins, lots of fruit n vegies, try n cut down on ur coffee , no kidding babys can be born dependant on caffine! plenty of water, fish aleast 3 or 4 times a week, the omega oil in fish is good for bubs brain devolopment, & red meat.

A regular balanced, healthy diet, and supplement with a prenatal vitamin.
