If you do, you will find moisture dripping down onto your range. If you are trying to avoid cutting a hole in the roof, run it out through an eve.

You definitely want to vent it outside and not into your attic,
if you vent into the attic you will get a build up of moisture and have a huge mold problem.
There shouldn't be a problem with connecting it to an exsisting vent. With using a Y the exhaust from the range will still continue up and out and shouldn't go back down into the bathroom and the hot air will rise following the path of least resistance which will still be straight up. Just make sure you seal the joints really well to prevent any air escaping.

Vent it to the outside and not just into the attic.
Install a new vent stack through the roof. It is not that difficult to do. Connecting to the stove vent is not a good idea.

I would install a separate vent line to avoid contamination in your food area, unless you plan on filtering the air coming into your range during non operation? You are blowing the air from your bathroom into that plenum. Do you want that air to come to your kitchen?

To have a better margin of safety, no! the range duct will have grease in it, even when a filter is used and cleaned or replaced often. Don't give the chance of combustion any greater chance of happening.
