I think the pen is permanent. But it has no writing on it to say if it is permanent.

The blue stain you have all over your favourrite top can be removed with hot water soak with bletch for about 20minutes before washing it out and its off it.

It's a shame you washed it first as this could make it harder but:-

I had the same thing with a favourite top.My top was white with a cerise and black pattern. I doused it in Vanish Oxy Duo. I literally poured it over, rubbed it in, poured more on, left for 5 minutes, put some more on then washed it.

It didn't remove every bit but it was enough to wear and the rest came out over the next couple of washes. I could only see it because I knew it was there.

My top was white with a cerise and black pattern.

Good luck.

Alcohol removes ink.. You can use straight isopropyal alcohol and let it sit for about 10 minutes.. Although, if you already washed/dried the top than it might be a lost cause.. Good luck

I remember someone telling me that soaking in milk will remove Ink. I've never tried it but it could be worth a go.

Try Stain Devil - I've used it on other things and it seems to be fairly effective.
