Yes. I've had chocolate covered ants and chocolate covered grasshoppers. I've also eaten cooked sego worms (SE Asia) and eaten a beetle where you pop off the head and suck out the innards. Not that much different from eating crawfish, really. When I'm prepared for that sort of thing, it's no big deal.
When I've accidentally ingested something, then I freak out. I didn't know a box of cereal had been inundated with ants, for example. I poured my milk and ate several spoonfuls before wondering why it takes so weird. I looked down and saw a mob of dead ants floating on top.
And who hasn't bitten into a salad or apple and discovered half a worm left behind? Ptooey!

Yes, once when I was little I saw this tootsie roll on my mom's dresser I was so excited that I opened it and ate it really fast like I always did with candy. All of a sudden I got a nasty taste in my mouth so I spit it in my hand only to see that there were two ants in it. It was grose, they taste like a shock to the tongue. i once was brushing my hair outside and a bug flew into my mouth, that was grose to but I didn't actually eat that one lol.

I drank some ants. I had set a soda on my car while we were outside at a friends house and didn't know it was full of ants until after I took a sip.

I've never eaten an ant (that I'm aware of) but I have swallowed a bee before.

Yeh when I was a teenager I used to pick crane flies (DADDY LONG LEGS)off the wall ,and then chew and swallow them just to freak people out. I was just showing off it used to make boys extremely nauseous .Looking back I see that it is a very cruel thing to have done. However my bug eating days are gone forever ,apart from jelly ones of course.

Not by choice, but once I partially ate a beetle in a milkshake I was drinking. Also, a candy shop near us offered samples of chocolate covered ants once.
