No; I know I sure don't! ~ But who really does know anything about anything? And importantly who would claim to? The most important questions in this life remain unanswerable and forever will be.
To know is to have knowledge; knowledge isn't forming an opinion, its based on factual evidence and proof....
There are a lot of people who would very much like to think they know it all. But they tend to be rather pompous and arrogant, far too egotistical and "up" themselves! The more you do learn, find out, discover and come to know, the more you realise just how much there actually IS to know... and the less you feel you know!!
I think people who delude themselves; believing they are always right and know it all are just opinionated. Everyone has opinions about everything!! Which is fine. But no one knows anything about anything important or fundamental.

An interesting question as it is, that would make me think if there is any deeper meaningfulness just beneath the surface, or would this question, that openly invites me to speak just about anything, be content with just about any answer. The serious reality, however, of the instance of your question remains valid, as it is not just about any question; it is the question, a specific inquiry made by a specific inquirer in a specific location in time, and at some place specific. Besides, I am not just about any person myself, sitting just about anywhere, answering just about any question; I choose the time, the place, the question and the response that I present, as I am doing here now.
My answer, therefore, is in negative, that one has to be as specific and just about as special as you, or me, to know anything at all. When anything is known about anything then nothing remains anything, then everything becomes equally special and peculiar, everything eventually becomes something to someone. It then can be said that someone knows something about something, but never is the time, or the place, or the instance of inquiry in existence where just about anyone is known to know anything about anything, never.

Sure I know something about anything. Anything - pronoun
Date: before 12th century : any thing whatever : any such thing. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary. I hope this clarifies any misunderstandings or misconceptions you may have had about anything. Just remember when asked how do you prove something exist reply how can you that it doesn't.

I'll trade you everything about nothing for three anythings about anythings, with the caveat that they may not be interchangeable and some are subject to change.

Yepp, anything has two words in it. 'Any' and 'thing', combined means anything. Hope this helped clear up your issue with nothing- anything, I mean.
