if someone makes twentyseven thousand five hundred a year? How much do they end up getting paid an hour? And when they make this is this number before or after taxes?

If you work 40 hours a week...52 weeks a year...it turns out to be roughly $13.22/hour. If you are working that much...just for future reference...40 hrs/wk x 52 wks is 2080 hours. Divide the yearly salary by the 2080 to get the hourly wage. The 2080 is what most agencies will use when figuring income anyhow. Not sure how the others got over 14 an hour unless they are figuring only working 36 hours a week. Anyway...when someone quotes you a salary 99% of the time it is before taxes.
