Please tell me your impressions of the following FIRST names: Chiara (pronounced Kiara) which is an Italian name and means light, Noelle (obvious meaning) and Saphira (obvious meaning). Which name do you like best and what kind of personality does each name conjure up? Be descriptive!

Chiara would make me think of a really beautiful girl who is up to date on all of the latest fashions and is very popular.
Noelle is quite French but makes me think she may be a bit aloof and standoffish.
Saphira is just a sweet and nice person who is always smiling and happy.
Is that the kind of answer you wanted? I hope this helps :)

P.S. Have you seen the gorgeous girl on the M&S ads with curly hair? She is called Noemie (No-emie) and I think that is a really nice name. She's such a nice girl I would always think of her face when I heard that name. Just an idea.

I like Noelle the best!

Noelle Erin
Noelle Sara
Noelle Joy
Noelle Aura
Noelle Nichole

Really don't like Saphira! Reminds me of Vampira or Elvira!

I also like the spelling of Kiara not Chiara

Saphira sounds like a car, Noelle a little masculine, Chiara ok but don't like the spelling. It's a personal choice obviously. Would you also consider what surname is going with it, what the initials spell out if you are also using a second name(if any) and any nicknames/rhymes kids will make of the name, cos kids can be very cruel!

My daughter is called Kiara which is a lovely name(if i do say so myself!) but is becoming really common and if i'm honest I don't really like the chiara spelling. Saphira is a lovely name really pretty but i really don't like noelle(sorry no offence) Kiara or chiara conjures up little b*** to m (only joking!) Noelle reminds me of christmas so not that bad I suppose and saphira reminds makes me think of a really pretty big eyed little petite girl.

(Kiara also means little black one in Irish)

I love Noelle, its classy and elegant. The other too names are nice, but I prefer the spelling "Kiara" instead of "Chiara" and I prefer "Sapphire" instead of "Saphira". The name "Noelle" , reminds me of a carefree and quite child. Chiara reminds me of a loud but hardworking child and Saphira reminds me of a talkative girl who loves being the center of attention.
Good Luck :)

Chiara (w/o know how to pronounce it) reminds me of a prescription drug when I first look at it.

Noelle is nice and normal, I once knew a Noelle who was very pretty so that is the first thing I think about.

Saphira, not crazy about for a baby, maybe a cat.

But, honestly, this is your child, don't worry about what we think if you have your heart set on one name. It is for you and your husband to decide.

I prefer Chiara (but I like everything that's Italian:P)
Noelle is kind of boy-ish and saphira reminds me of Eragon's dragon-sorry:)
So I'd say Chiara
