"Bill" (not this real name) is a scammer. The scammers in West Africa make up English names in order to lure victims in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

1) No legit lender uses a generic email address (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc.)

2) No legit lender trolls message boards looking for borrowers.

3) No legit lender requires a fee to be paid upfront on a personal loan.
