At HOME!

What is so great about this is that FINALLY being able to ENJOY the PEACE and QUIET (YEAH ... I'm an Empty-Nesting Retiree ... NO MORE Demands, no more selfish/greedy/nasty people around me).. going to have my Special Someone (that I started dating this summer!) visiting me in my home for Christmas/New Year's too (we are looking forward to this time ALONE).

So the PEACE, the QUIET, the comfort of a HOME that I EARNED over my lifetime, and a special someone (we are very SERIOUS about each other) all make this as close to a perfect holiday as I can get!

We'll be in Mexico with my husbands family. It is a beautiful tropical Christmas and we even celebrate the winter solstice with the local Native Indians on the 27th which is also our anniversary.

I hate the actual 'holiday' part, but I love this time of year for skiing.
That's where I'll be! =D
