They have allowed 4 goals in the last 3 games. They have more shots than most teams in the NHL. its only a matter of time before this team clicks. no need to worry or count them out yet. i would be worried if my team faced them.
besides, i bet alot of teams are playing the rangers very tough this year, because they are the rangers and they will be one of the top teams in the league before the year is over.

It's not the first time we've seen a team try to grab all the talent only to come up short. With the salary cap, it leaves too much discrepancy between front line talent and balance among the remaining lines. Rangers do seem to be pretty deep on paper, though.

Lots of talent + no chemistry = big time waste of $$$
This is not the first team that has had this problem. Heck, it's not even the first Rangers team that has had this problem. If you have Lundquist on your team, keep him because he has been stellar for these guys. They might improve quite a bit as the year goes on, but in the new NHL, they might already be out of the playoff hunt...

Burning me pretty bad since most of my fantasy teams consists of Rangers...
More or less, most of these guys are on my fantasy teams... Straka, Drury, Gomes, Mara, Jagr, Staal and Shanahan...
Jagr is really missin Nylander... not that he's better then the centers they have now but it takes special on-ice IQ to connect, read, play and keep up with Jagr.
They'll turn it around... I hope...

They desperately need a puck moving defenseman or 2. Up front they are not significantly improved over last year.
Drury and Gomez in, Nylander out plus Jagr and Shanahan are a year older. Gomez is overated in my opinion and in losing Nylander Jagr loses a player that really clicked with him.
Without their allstar goaltending they would be in real bad shape. A coaching change might be in order.

seems like there in kinda the same boat as nashville right now.. only difference is the rangers aren't at the end already sinking in the water..
supposedly these two teams are working on a trade to correct both of their respective problems...
might happen as early as next week according to rumor????

I think it's way too early to worry about it. They've got a good lineup. It's only the end of October. Who cares?
